Q. I want a custom theme or a site cloning for Wordpress? Read our Services page for full information on custom-built themes and cloning services for Wordpress.

Q. Can I see previews of the themes? Yes, all theme pages come with a live demo button allowing you to see exactly how the theme runs.

Q. Do you provide the image source files? Yes, all themes available from our website come accompanied with all relevant .PSD and .FLA source files allowing for easy customisation.

Q. Can I remove the WPSorted link in the footer? Not unless you have bought the exclusive rights to the theme.

Q. What is the ‘Exclusive Ownership Price’? If you purchase the exclusive rights to any theme, it will be taken down from sale from the Wordpress Sorted website. You will also be allowed to remove all links within the theme that link to Wordpress Sorted, however, you will NOT be allowed to resell the theme on a like-for-like basis. You will be allowed unlimited usage of the theme on as many domains as you like. The ‘Exclusive Ownership Price’ may change from time-to-time which is dependent on it’s quality and popularity standing.

Q. Are the themes on this site compatible with hosted Wordpress.com blogs? No, the themes will not work.

Q. Are all themes compatible on all browsers? No, due to the complexity of some themes, occasionaly Internet Explorer v6 is not catered for. Please refer to each theme’s page for browser compatibilty information.

Q. What is this ‘easy-edit’ feature? With all series ‘One’ and ‘Two’, and some series ‘Three’ releases, you will find an ‘easyedit’ folder which contains several small files that can be easily edited which will alter certain elements of your theme like advertisements, navigational menu’s, specific url’s and copyright information.

Q. Your themes are in a “Series”, what does this mean? Each theme is graded by being added to a particular series. Series ‘One’ is the lowest of grade ratings, the grade one themes are by no means rubbish but they are not of the same standard as a series ‘Two’ or ‘Three’, which may utilise valid CSS/HTML, be more stable/compatible or include more features for example.

Series Three releases generally include a comprehensive “Theme Options” page giving you complete control over the appearance and structure of the template.

Q. Are my payments secure? Yes of course! WPSorted uses the secure services of Payloadz.com giving peace of mind when purchasing online.

Q. Are the themes instantly available to me after making payment? Yes they are. You will be provided with a time-limited, unique download url after making your purchase where you can download and enjoy your product instantly!

Q. Can I sponsor one of your themes? Absolutely not! None of our themes are available for sponsorship so please do not ask.

Q. Can I get a discount for multiple purchases? Yes, if you purchase 5 themes or more in any one single purchase order, we will send you another three randomly selected premium themes absolutely free of charge.

Q. Can I get a refund for my purchase? For whatever reason, we are unable to offer refunds in full or in part as the products we sell are non-returnable digital downloads and we have no way of removing our product from your computer once you have downloaded it.

Q. Are your themes supported in any way? We offer full email support via our contact page to all people who have made purchases. You can of course make any enquiries via the same contact form should you want answers to questions before you make a purchase.
